Returns Policy

There is no returns on baked goods. If there is an error in the order process I will  pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All orders will ship by United States Priority Mail.

Ordering boxes during Summer months

*When ordering, please keep in mind that chocolate will melt in warm temperatures. During the months of April through September there may be an added shipping charge to cover the cost of ice packaging.

Even with the added ice packaging there is no guarantee that the product will not melt if shipping takes longer than 3 days. Any orders that are put in on a Friday will not ship out until Monday.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
